Forest Fun Fair
Forest Fun Fair (formally known as Children & Apple Pie (CHAAP)) is Evergreen’s primary fundraiser.
This fabulous community event has something for everyone: kids activities, local vendors, baked goods and live entertainment plus a number of other great offerings such as our plant table, book nook, face painters, and woodworking station.
We hope to see you this year at our fantastic family friendly event!!
Camp Creina
The third week of September the entire school moves to Camp Creina on the Koksilah river.
This well-loved Evergreen tradition builds strong bonds between students, staff and parents that last for years to come.
Students acquire outdoor skills while gaining an appreciation for their natural surroundings.
Annual Ski Trip
Evergreen Families participate in an annual ski trip to Mt. Washington Alpine resort!
This fun filled outing is great opportunity for many families to explore skiing and snowboarding.
The day includes a lesson for all students.
We have had great success with our inclusive education students participating with the help of the adaptive snow sports program.
Halloween Event
Every year, our school and grounds undergo a spooky transformation.

Enjoy our Haunted Basement, Ghost Forest Walk, Dance, Costume Exchange, and delectable treats.

Stay tuned for event details and join the Halloween fun!
Skate & Swim
Evergreen students get to practice their skating skills at the Kerry Park recreation centre. This program allows students (and parents) to explore the Canadian tradition of skating and hockey in an unintimidating environment where they can participate and build skills at their own pace.

Three times a year the whole school participates in an activity day at the Duncan Aquatics Centre. An afternoon of water play allows students to build confidence with swimming at their own pace and all family members are encouraged to attend.
Evergreen's Vision
At Evergreen we cultivate a community where students are encouraged to explore their own beliefs, values, and interests while fostering strong relationships and deep respect for the world we live in.
We are nurturing a generation of curious, confident, lifelong learners, rich in emotional wisdom, who are able to advocate for their needs and those of others.
