• Evergreen Independent School is excited to be adding an additional classroom in September 2026. We are seeking a teacher to join our small, creative, flexible, and professional staff.

• Must be licensed to teach in BC, with a current and valid BC Teaching Certificate (COQ), or BC Independent Schools Teaching Certificate (ISTC).

• Experience with special education, first aid, and combined grades experience an asset.

• Education Assistant Certificate or 

​

• Education, training, experience and certification in a related field

​

• Experience in a classroom setting

​

• Health care experience/Care Aid certification​

• Early Childhood Education certification (current and valid)

​

• Early Childhood Education Assistant certification​

• Evergreen contracts with a variety of licensed providers from Behavioural Analysts/Interventionists, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Language, and Counsellors.
